The mobile flow is one screen with three steps: GPS, optional photo, untick absentees. We measured it under sixty seconds in pilot scenarios. Workers self-check via OTP on their own phones, so a supervisor isn’t the bottleneck either.
The supervisor still submits. The session sits in a local queue and retries every 30 seconds when the device reconnects. Idempotency keys mean retries never produce duplicate sessions, even if the supervisor force-closes the app mid-submit.
A built-in calendar tags PHs at 2.0× and festive-eves at 1.5× pay multipliers. Admins can override any single day. The payroll CSV applies the multiplier to both regular pay and OT, matching MOM rules for daily and hourly workers.
Yes. The mobile app shows a "My hours" tab with last-7-days, this-month, and last-month totals — including OT, sites worked, and an estimated pay figure that mirrors what the boss’s payroll export will show.
A worker taps "Need someone to cover" on their shift, picks an eligible co-worker (the system filters out anyone already on a shift that day), and the target gets a push. Once they accept, the supervisor approves; once approved, the allocation reassigns automatically.
Owners and admins can enable TOTP 2FA in settings, supported by Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc. Backup codes are issued at enrolment. Failed-login lockout, refresh-token reuse detection, and security-alert emails are on by default.
Workers and sites import from CSV. Allocations are created from the schedule UI directly. We do not require a long migration before the first useful day.
